Dr. Eschenroeder is consistently attentive and compassionate and always prepared when in he comes into the exam room. I cannot imagine getting better medical care in the state of Virginia. The staff is professional and positive, the location is convenient, the building is clean and comfortable…. and the doctors are the best in the world. Dr. Jung is an amazing surgeon with thousands of successful procedures completed. Dr. Sliwinski is by far the best holistic well-rounded medicine man of the modern era. He understands it’s not just about living, it is also about quality of life. Thank you both for saving my life and also giving me back the life I had.

Wonderful staff, all were friendly and compassionate. Dr. Kinloch Nelson and his team always provide outstanding patient-centered care.

The gal at the front desk was awesome. You guys are lucky to have her. So good with the patients. The young lady who took my insurance information was also kind. Dr. Meekins was the best. She explained everything in Laymans terms. I felt so good after leaving. Her nurse was excellent too. Overall, a fantastic experience!

NEVER have I been treated better by every person responsible for my wellbeing than at Virginia Urology. From the kind lady at the reception desk to Dr. Eschenroeder, I felt I was an important part of what they do. Dr. Eschenroeder took great care of me and I know he does the same with all his patients.

Dr. Ellen is superb. Outstanding bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all – he took plenty of time to answer all questions. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. He truly is a gem and it is refreshing to get care from a doctor like him when so many doctors seem like they are in a rush and you feel like a number. Not so with Dr. Ellen – he first rate.  I wish him much success in his career.

Every experience I have had with this office has been exceptional. I consider it to be the model of excellence. No negative comment- just highly pleased.

Everyone was so welcoming and complimentary!!  Dr Rhamy gave me good news following the lithotripsy surgical procedure! The BIG kidney stone “bit the dust” and is gone. Best news ever!! Dr Rhamy is wonderful!!

Dr. Rollins, who I have seen for 20+ years, is beyond excellent. He’s caring, gentle and is able to help me every time I see him.  His nurse Debbie is truly SUPERB! She’s do kind and helpful. Would not know what to do without her there. I could not be more pleased & satisfied.

Dr. Jeffery Lou has been my doctor, and he is wonderful…he helped me through a scary time with kidney stones, etc. He is a wonderful person to work with. Susan Williams is “top notch” – I’ve known Susan in her position at Virginia Urology for many years and she is very friendly, efficient, thorough and I just love her.

The complete system of checking in, waiting not very long per visit and getting top care has always been what I’ve had at the Stony Point office. I appreciate everyone that has helped me – from the x-ray department to Dr. Lou’s staff to Susan Williams’ staff…all couldn’t be nicer or better to me!

My whole experience was great, from the time I called and got a appointment to when I talked to the doctor, to when I had my surgery done, it was first class. It was my second time being there in three years. Virginia Urology does a great job, the doctors were great. I hope I never have to come back, but I’m getting older so I know VU will be the first call. I live 2 hours away but it’s worth it. Thanks again!

The Hanover location as well as every staff member are consistently always at 100% satisfaction. They are caring, friendly and professional. It is a super nice urology practice.
