I hope this letter finds you well. I write to inform you that I will be leaving Virginia Urology as
of February 1, 2024. This decision was difficult to make given my 14 years of practice here at
Virginia Urology and the dedication I have to my patients.
Virginia Urology is staffed with knowledgeable and caring clinicians. I am highly confident in
the ability of my partners to continue providing you with the same high level of care and
compassion you have received from me. For ease in your transition, you will receive
communication from Virginia Urology of your rescheduled appointment with one of my
colleagues. I leave knowing my patients are in great hands and I have the upmost confidence
in the practitioners at Virginia Urology.
