Bio

Dr. Oxford attended the University of Delaware to receive her master degree in physical therapy in 1993. She completed and received her doctoral degree in 2006 from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.

Dr. Oxford is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. She is a member with and a credentialed clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Oxford is also an active member with the Virginia Physical Therapy Association.
