Effective April 1, 2026
Due to a nationwide penny shortage, our office will begin rounding cash transactions to the nearest five cents. This applies only to cash payments and does not affect card, check, or digital payments. Your actual service charges remain unchanged.
Rounding will always follow standard practice:
- Amounts ending in 1¢ or 2¢ round down
- Amounts ending in 3¢ or 4¢ round up
- Amounts ending in 6¢ or 7¢ round down
- Amounts ending in 8¢ or 9¢ round up
This small adjustment helps us continue providing smooth and efficient service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
